		<description>Hey why not this idea: "our" country uses one of its islands like where the big lady stands welcoming the teeming wretched masses.  Let's call it Ellis Island and everyone sign in and be medically examined.  Oh no!  That would be too easy and frustrate our "elite" minority who want cheap labor to come through porous borders to do jobs the dying of hunger Americans don't want to do.  Smoke and mirrors.
